I swear, everyone here has AT&T or something else. I'm used to living up north where so many people have Sprint, it's wonderful. I love Sprint, I get better service here than a lot of other people, but I really am not too fond of my Blackberry. The fact that I even saw a Sprint store was a total shock, and I made a mental note to stop in when I got the chance.
Back to the story:
So, I was waiting at the bus stop... and waiting... and waiting. I hate getting up and walking because I know that the moment I do, the bus will come and then I will miss it. I ended up waiting for over a half an hour. I didn't feel so bad though, because someone else was waiting at the stop almost as long as I was. Finally the bus pulls up. Apparently, they had gotten two flat tires. Yes, 2. Oh well, the bus was pretty full so I ended up sitting on the wrong side of the bus. Well, I missed my stop.... by a long shot. So, I thought, why not just hang out downtown? ...of course I didn't have my camera with me. I didn't do much wandering around because I really wanted my camera to be there when I do decide to wander around downtown. So, I waited for the bus going back, not a distance I would like to walk. I could, but I really didn't want to. Maybe I should have. I waited another 45 minutes for the next bus. This time, I found the right bus stop and went to the Sprint store, looking for an upgrade.
Long story short:
Didn't get an upgrade, did get some good advice on things to do in Austin, didn't even bother trying to catch the bus, did get my phone updated (apparently it was long overdue for one... oops).
So, since I don't have anything in particular happening on Monday, I think I will reserve it for photography now that I have an idea of what to do and where to go! Yay! Something to look forward to!
