Things I liked about this story:
- I will say this about most, if not all, of King's stories, "I love the way Stephen King writes, his creativity with language, and his command of dialect."
- I love how his stories will in some way tie into each other.
- His portrayal of religious figures will always be a source of interest for me. In this case, it was the canary pantsuit clad Mrs. Carmody.
Things I didn't like about this story:
- Tentacles? Really?
- I generally don't like ambiguous endings. This story had three.
It was pretty short, and definitely worth a read. I enjoyed it, was totally engaged the whole time, and would definitely reread it. So, pick it up, what do you have to lose?
