I used to drive past this all the time and I always wondered why the barbed wire was facing inwards. Normally, if you don't want something or someone to get into an area, the barbed wire on the fence would point outwards. Either the person who put up the fence is wholly incompetent or the children who play on that playground are more dangerous than I would care to imagine. It's Houston, so I feel like both of these options are legitimate.
I know its not fair to label people one way or the other, but I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I think that there are basically two kinds of kids: the kids who want a microscope or the kids who want a telescope.
The rest of this is just my thought on both.
The kids who want a microscope are the ones who want to know how things work and are good with details.
The kids who want a telescope are always looking up and wonder why things are as they are. They see the broad scheme of things and have a "bigger picture" mentality.
Which one are you? Please let me know if I am wrong!
So, it has come to my attention, not because it's news but rather because it just has never found a spot in my attention before, that there are three things that all girls think about and plan in detail at some point in their life.
1. Their ideal wedding.
2. Their dream house.
3. Their children's names.
So, sorry guys, you're not exactly specifically mentioned in the plan. It's implied, sure, what with the having kids and all that nonsense.
Coming from a person who thinks weddings are unnecessary wastes of money and kids are a form of parasite, even I have thought of these things in detail at some point in my life. Just thought it was an interesting point. Hope you found it as interesting as I.
